Nazeh Ben Ammar

After graduating from Purdue University with a double major in Industrial Engineering and Mathematics, Operation Research, Mr. Ben Ammar pursued a master’s degree from Stanford University in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. Mr. Ben Ammar‘s thesis on start-ups and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Ben Ammar started his career as a service engineer in the oil industry to develop it rapidly afterwards into a family business company. He held the chairman position of MAMI Holding one of the leading trade house and turnkey factory supplier for the textile industry. Mr. Ben Ammar is also the Managing Director of Excellencia, specialized in delivering building technology solution as building management solutions, centralized air conditioning, CCTV, power tools and large format displays.

Mr. Ben Ammar has certain numbers of honours and awards as the – Alpha pi Mu –Industrial Engineering Honorary – Distinguished Student – Dean’s List – Certificate of Honour from Purdue University University’s Mathematics department – International Students Scholarship – Purdue University.

Mr. Ben Ammar is the past president of the Tunisian American Chamber of Commerce and the past Vice President of the AmCham MENA Council. He was also president of the Rotaract Club of Carthage, Tunisia. He is among the founding members of CONECT (Confédération Nationale des Entreprises Citoyennes de Tunisie, Employer Association), Carthage Business Angel, and Wiki Start up.He is also a member of board of the Tunisian German Chamber of Commerce (AHK). Mr. Ben Ammar is the present president of Carthage Business Angels and the Senator representing Tunisia at the World Business Angels Forum. 

Mr. Nazeh Ben Ammar is also the president of a philanthropic NGO, les Coquelicots de Thala, to help deprived children from the region of Thala, Tunisia.  Mr. Ben Ammar is father of one child.

Graduated from the MINES ParisTech in engineering, Maher kallel pursued a master’s degree in technology and policy at Massachusetts Institute of Technology to graduate finally from an MBA program in IT and strategy at the same institution

With a large portfolio of experiences, Maher represents one of the leading managers and entrepreneurs in the Tunisian ecosystem. He was the general manager of ‘’Aster informatique”, he was the Development, organization and information systems manager of Polina group. He was an associate at BI++.

Currently, he is the owner of KM management, the General manager of GOESEIS TUNISIE and the Vice President of Carthage Business Angels.

Mohamed Salah Frad

Mohamed Salah Frad is the General Manager of United Gulf Financial Services – North Africa (a subsidiary of KIPCO Group) which is an Asset Management Company that provides a wide range of services such as Portfolio Management, Investment Fund Management and Corporate Finance. 

Mr. Frad has extensive experience in corporate finance, asset management, financial restructuring, and valuation. 

Prior to joining KIPCO Group in 2008, Mr. Frad worked as a Research Director at MAC SA, and succeeded in listing 6 companies on the Stock Exchange. 

Mr. Frad has activity contributed in the development of the Private Equity fundstry by creating a set of Investments Funds in all areas, including Islamic ones. 

Mr. Frad is also active in the eco-system of startups and entrepreneurship. 

Mr. Frad holds Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) and an MBA from the higher Institute of management (IHEC), Tunis”

M.FRAD is also elected President of the ATIC association since August 2017.

Since 2002, Ghofrane KHANFIR is Chief Development Officer of YKH Holding, a diversified group of 13 companies present in industry, commerce, services and real estate. Over her 17 years of consulting and operational experience in business development and project management, she launched more than 20 projects within the group multiplying by 10 the combined result of YKH Holding.

Ghofrane KHANFIR is active in the civil society. She founded in 2003 the LIONS club Hammam Sousse and is also the founder and president of Horizons de L’Enfant au Sahel, an orphanage in Sousse taking care of infants since 2004. In 2015 she joined CJD Tunis as executive member in charge of International affairs. She got a major in marketing from IHEC Carthage followed by 2 master’s degrees in Tourism & Hotel management and in International Commerce. She, also, holds an EMBA from MSB Tunis.

With two specialized masters holded: in strategies and techniques of the trade of organizers, and in public finance of the Paris-Panthéon University, Mr Mustapha represents one leading financial and investment experts in the Tunisian economic tissue, he worked with several financing institutions such as GIZ, the Global Fund, the AfDB, the World Bank, the European Union and AFD.

, He is currently working with public institutions such as the Tunisian Ministries of Vocational Training and Employment, Industry and SMEs, Investment, and International Cooperation, as well as the Malian Ministry of Promotion Investments and Entrepreneurship.

He is currently a Senior Expert in public procurement, Consultant in support of the management of the” New industrial strategy and innovation project by 2035 “, Manager of the company” OMNI-Conseils “and Deputy Secretary General from “Carthage Business Angels”.

Manel DABBEBI is serving actually the position of the “Chief Operating Officer” in “Investment and National Negoce” . She is a holder of a master’s degree in “Cross Cultural studies and Communications”. She believes strongly in the power of education and in its impact on the well-being of all.  She also believes that education is an ongoing process that should never end. She is an indulgent believer that life teaches lessons which serves later as keys of success tools, but only smart people can get them.  For these reasons, among others, she enjoyed strongly her 10 – year experience of University Instructor. Her professional experience is marked by polyvalence, since she occupied several administrative posts such as: General Secretary of a Private University, Sales Manager In Cabinet’s BOUCHOUCHA Insurance” … She has a multitude of professional certifications: Project Management, Audit ISO 9001 version 2015.  

Manel left her position of “Program Manager of Carthage Business Angels” to become the current Treasurer of “Carthage Business Angels” and she is proud of serving the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in Tunisia for the sake of the future young generations.

Hatem Hachicha

Mr hatem Hachicha is one of the leading icons of the Tunisian of the Tunisian pharmaceutical industry, he is Managing partner FdVhealth. He was the Country Manager Tunisia Libya CEO of Pfizer Tunisia (manufacturing unit) for around 14 years.

Before joining Pfizer, Mr Hatem passed through different experiences and positions from medical representative to marketing and sales direction in one of leading pharmaceutical such as Rhone Poulenc Rorer to become its National director between 1995 and 1996.

Mr Hatem was also the General manager of Synthelabo Group between 1996 and 1998 and the General manager of Sanofi between 1998 and 2002.


Hatem is holder of PhD in Pharmacy from Université Paris V, and a Master in Marketing Management from ESSEC, France.
